Individuals do not have to purchase pediatric dental coverage from a medical carrier, and the pediatric dental EHB does not have to be embedded in a medical plan or purchased from a medical carrier or exchange.

Your policy will be effective on the first day of the month following approval of your application. Please note, your application must be received by the 25th of the month if paying by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or the last day of the month if paying by debit/credit card. Applications for individuals paying by EFT that are received after the 25th of the month will be effective the 1st of the month after the next month.
